The right to privacy in an individual's life free from intrusion of a government was one of the reasons for the Declaration of Independence. A government should not be the big brother trying to protect an individual from their own actions. If a person creates a smoker's only bar and the owner smokes and all patrons smoke, what right does any government whether local, state or federal have to tell those individuals they have no right to congregate in a specific place and as consenting adults smoke?
