Mr. Swift,

I just heard that their is a group of shareholders who have joined
forces and are going forward with the complaint. There is 17 of
them and are suppose to be contacting all the registered shareholders.
I just phoned my Broker to see if I am on the shareholders list
with the Transfer Agent and I'm not. I did not take delivery of
my shares so he is going to do that for me immediately. I'm trying
to get the phone number of one of the 17 so I can make contact with
someone. I think I will phone Financial Internet Group and see if
they know anything. I would think they would have news on this.
Maybe their one of the 17 or have given their list of shareholders
to this group. If they did, I know I will be contacted.

I heard that Dennis Casey is trying to keep the sea calm until he
can get his deal done. If these lawsuits are filed immediately,
I would think this company is going to be tied up in litigation
in addition to an investigation. That could tie things up for
Mr. Casey I would think. He is more than likely going to try and
keep the shareholders under control before big storm.

I hope a few of us keep posting so we can figure out what is going
on.
