Interesting post on Yahoo OXHP thread- skip the garbage by going to post 2699 and post 2702. Posts by ACTRI- reporting on changes in OXHP processes and procedures he has observed as a benefit consultant. Sounds very positive. As I have felt in the past, the full effects of these changes should be seen in 1999 as revised business practices impact the writing of nrew business and renewals. Remeber, a very significant block should have a 1/1 renewal date. In the meantime, improvement in operations (billing, enrollment, and claim adjudication) will move us in the right direction.
