nope, they are just consolidating, we only have 60%-65% of float, liquidity is important, they are selling naked shorts, the mm's are, and they are getting stuck and dont know what to do. if you consider 8-10 dollar stock by end of summer not equal, ill definitely hold icvi long. lol macker
