Just spent 15-20 minutes on the phone with Lou Adreana at Hastings Group. My feelings regarding TSIG are now stronger than ever. I've paraphrased his answers.
Q: When will CCI website be up?
A: Was hoping for June 8, but realistically about June 20. No problems, but the site features just keeps expanding and they don't want problems once the site is up and they had to expand the capability to handle more orders then were originally anticipated. Have 9 people working on it fulltime.
Q: What links to new CCI website?
A: Major!! Should be announced in next week to 10 days
Q: Will live music be via Real Audio plug-in?
A: Yes. If user doesn't have it they can download it automatically directly from the CCI website one time and it will then always load with their browser.
Q: When will TV video be aired?
A: Is completed and was hoping for June 20, but may be bumped up another 2 weeks to allow CCI website to be up and running. Will be shown nationally.
Q: Any other PR for the website?
A: Should be on network TV on a weekly basis.
Q: Any announcements coming out re: links, sites, etc.
A: Within the next 10 days or so.
Unsolicited comments from Lou: TSIG's "telephone business" is very impressive and he feels that even though CCI will capture a good share of the CD market, the other aspects of TSIG could produce 10X the amount of revenue as CCI in the long run. Gordon is a "Rainmaker" (as I previously stated I believed), and the new people in from AT&T are already on a roll and should greatly expand TSIG's business. And yes, he is a stockholder and took part of his fee for the website in stock (what more confidence could you want!). He believes TSIG will be a teenager before long, but he's in, as am I, for the long haul.
