PCTL removed from priority list into recommended list. Opened lower. -- Goldman Sachs analyst Joe Moore said Linear Technology Corp has been removed from the brokerage's priority list but remains on its recommended list. -- He declined to comment immediately on the move. -- Similarly, market sources said that Altera Corp and PictureTel Corp were also removed from the priority list to the recommended list.
