FYI, I received another document from the BK court today and I want to at least get out the important information and type it in its entirety later. I have been added to the "Service List" because of the proxies I represent. (all this means is that I have been informed in writing of the filings- saves me many long drives to the BK court to check on all this) Now the most important news is that the objection of Jennifer Kramer that was presented at the last hearing by her attorney has been withdrawn. This objection is what postponed the closure to June 17. Now NOTHING is in the way for the "Motion For Final Decree Closing". June 17 will be a great day in the history of TMm. I remember early on in the BK hearings, Judge Greenwald stated that only less than 10% of the chapter 11 BK actually go through. More than 90% are converted to Chapter 7 Liquidation. We will be fortunate to be in the minority to succeed!!!! AND WE WILL SUCCEED!!!!! Larry
