Apple Computer, Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is showcasing its stunning new iMac consumer computer, at one of the country's most passionate Macintosh user groups -- the Berkeley Macintosh User Group (BMUG) -- on Thursday, May 28 at 6:30 p.m. iMac combines the excitement of the Internet with the simplicity of the Macintosh and has already caused great excitement amongst computer enthusiasts because of its innovative design, powerful features and low price. This is one of iMac's first public showings in the Bay Area. Also demonstrated at BMUG will be Apple's new Pentium-toasting PowerBook G3, which redefines the look, feel and performance of mobile computing through compelling industrial design and ultra fast PowerPC G3 processors.
