PGA Supports Classic Series

PHOENIX, May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Classic Golf Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: CSGC) announced today that the Company's Classic Series of professional tournaments has the support of the Professional Golfers' Association of America.

The PGA of America -- with over 23,000 members and apprentices -- has dedicated itself to promoting the game of golf to everyone, everywhere. Through its PGA Foundation the organization funds numerous initiatives designed to increase participation in the game of golf across the country.

The Dave Marr Foundation is the charitable beneficiary of the Classic Series, and will receive a contribution from each event held in the Classic Series each year. At the Company's request, a portion of these contributions will be directed towards the PGA Foundation to help fund their development programs.

"The efforts of the PGA Foundation serve to increase participation and interest in golf, which is something that benefits our commercial interests in the game, and does so in a very positive manner," said Damian Loth, President of Classic Golf Corp. "This is an association with one of the most influential organizations in professional golf. It will add tremendously to our profile within the industry."

The Company will endeavor to partner further with the PGA on specific participation programs in the markets where it conducts Classic Series events, as a way of extending its profile.

"We appreciate the contributions of the Dave Marr Foundation and Classic Golf Corp. to help us further grow the game," said PGA Chief Executive Officer Jim Awtrey. "We support the efforts of organizations such as these which contribute to the development of golf."
