This is the market that ASND fled to after being pummeled in the RAS market. FLED TO? Please. More accurately, one might state, ASND (and CSCO) both saw the coming of ATM switching before its peek (starting about now), and made wise acquistions. One might also state that ASND a) Bought the better company. b) Nurtured that company more wisely waiting for the market to develop. c) All of the above. Answer: (c).
