Talked to Robin, the receptionist, today. She had the following commments: - They are working on getting a press release out. - All the lawyers and SEC folks must agree that the statement is accurate before it will be disseminated. - It's release will correspond with the 8-A and 8-K release. - Can't comment on management, except that it is being restructured, and the details will be in the 8A and 8K when they come out. - The company will not speculate on a timeframe for this release Could someone recap what the 8A and 8K will tell us, along with an estimate of their depth or relative difficulty to put together for a company with SOE's troubles?
