The board to my knowledge the new board does NOT any of the P ... Those selling today are NOT going to get the dividend. Those selling the stock and the dividend are going to be SHORT!!! If you sell the dividend you are going to be short because it has to be registered to sell. If you are selling P you will not get the dividend. Hey it is going to get intersting ... PEOPLE better learn to read a dad gum news release. with different conversion dates the dividend CANNOT trade in the MIDLP market . 1.) they have to make a new market at time of registration 2.) Or issued restricted dividend that can trade on the MIDLP market but only after the existing MIDLP converts ALso I heard now that all P & dividend are being converted in Oct 1999 well they can't do that because it would take a vote from the shareholders that hold the P to extend the conversion date. Man I am telling you I never saw an idustry so fraught with people that trade their money and do not have a clue of the SEC ruling or how to read a news release. GB
