The facts are not in dispute. Loral has acknowledged that in
1996 its space subsidiary, Space Systems/Loral (SS/L), turned
over to the Chinese government highly technical information
intended to improve China's missile-launch capabilities

They are in dispute. What exactly is the technology that Loral supposedly transferred? How to solder? Do you really think this is High Technology? (Maybe if you've never had exposure to electronics you might.)

But even if that was high technology it doesn't make sense-- Loral merely confirmed the conclusions the Chinese came up with. They didn't come up with their own. But don't let the facts get in your way.

Would you mind providing us with this pentagon report that you claim made these conclusions? You do have it, don't you?
