"I was also told by DACQ's lawyer that a status announcement regarding financing should be made late this week." What sort of feeling did you get from this conversation? It sounds like a the loan is going thru fine announcement. Or did it sound like it will be a definitive announcement. As in loan... no loan.? EC seems to be very scarce these days.
