You are obviously not an Engineer, nor are you familiar with the process. Adding bodies does not speed up the process. It often slows the process down. Software Engineering requires a careful balance of talent - not a wagon-full of green, right-out-of college Microserfs. As far as Microsoft goes, they sort of subscribe to the old statistical rule that if you have a million monkeys banging on a million type-writers for a million years... You have to go buy Internet Explorer from Spy-Glass.. he he..
