Mr Lizard Lick or Mr. Trendseeker,
I do not appreciate your approach.
It is clear that you post (whether here or Disney or GRLL) as two identities.
In this case you posted first as Lizard Lick (at 12:45 AM) and then responded as Trendseeker a few minutes later.
This thread rarely sees two posts a day, let alone two in the same fifteen minute period.
You may have fun doing this, but I consider such hype-dialogue unethical.
Fortunately, it is fairly easy to spot.
Post 1:
Hey, hey, hey. Juvenile Keepsakes (OTB:JUNK) is making a technical breakthrough. Up 25 % (From .20 cents a share to .25 cents a share in one day!!!!!) This is the stock to own going into the year 2000!!
- Lizard Lice.
Post 2.
I agree with you Lizard Lice. This is a sweet one. I can think of no greater joy than hanging on to JUNK.
- Trendsycophant.
The second of such hype-type postings almost invariably addresses the first post.
In addition, this is pretty easy to track down in SI. I click on the profile for Lizard Lick and Trendsetter and notice a interesting pattern in recent postings.
LL or TS or whatever you call yourself, please stay away.
WARPF is a delicate plant, and people like you coming to dump gallons of water on it, only continue to hinder its growth.
WARPF will do fine, but it doesn't respond well to hype -- too much of such stuff occurring in its short but checkered past.
I believe that WARPF is back on its feet, has separated itself from the elements that messed it up originally and may (just possibly) make a recovery and establish a viable business. I am rooting for it. I would appreciate it, if hypesters such as you stop tugging on its roots.
Your hype is ineffective here, but that doesn't excuse it. What you are doing is objectionable, even when it doesn't serve you needs.
