Sir Mick, (said with head bowed and nose well-browned)

You obviously think highly of yourself and your picks....tis indeed a free country and to each their own, blah, blah, blah.

*however*

In recommending (regardless of disclaimers...ask Melcher how much *those* are worth) a stock that has to-date posted only $70K in *revenues* (not profit) in a multi-faceted series of shell and nut games (be it shock absorbers, DNA anal-izers, expired Eckerd's generic cough medicine...etc., etc., etc.) You do indeed lie down to bed with the proverbial pigs in the trough.

As if an outstanding share balance of over 200,000,000 (that's millions, not thousands sports fans) were not bad enough, the "executive" officer and his one "non executive" employee are brazen enough to thumb their noses at their past "investors" *ADMIT* to the following:

From the latest chapter of "Popular Fiction"

"The Company's monthly operating expenses of approximately $15,000 do not reflect any salary to Dr. Jerrold R. Hinton, the Company's sole executive officer. The Company is >>>>>>>accruing<<<<<< but does not contemplate commencing payment to Dr. Hinton of the monthly salary of $8,333.33 provided in his three year employment agreement unless and until it begins to generate revenues from operations. The monies received from the Company's unit private placement and any pre-export funding will not be used to pay salaries to officer or fees to directors or consultants, each of whom have agreed receive compensation for services by the issuance of shares in registration statements on Form S-8 and/or Form S-1. During fiscal 1997, the Company's executive officer, directors and consultants were issued shares in registration statements on Form S-8 in consideration for their continued services to the Company and in lieu of any cash compensation."

Blah, blah, blah.....How wonderfully Christian and noble to defer salary after receiving many chitloads of shares that have GUARANTEED profit built into them, add massive dilution to the "commoner's" share, and generally foul the already murky waters.

How does a company that has issued 200,000,000 shares, has never turned a dime, is linked by association to principles of *FELONY* stock endeavors such as "Sytems of Exhuberance" (AKA: SEXI)rate even a second glance, much less a freaking endorsement by anyone fit to gulp the spit off the bottom of my shoes?????

Jeezus H. Freakin Claus....there is an idiot born everyday and I suppose you have your fair share in tow!

You see, you don't have to *LIE* to make a buck off these scum-stocks folks, you just call a spade a spade, do your trade and then get on to the business at hand....namely getting drunk and discharging automatic weapons.

Hickory Dickory Spock, the Cheap Talk was soon to stop. The SEC filed suit, the rest is kapuut, and the Doc went back to his shocks.

Beam me up Snotty, all signs of intelligent life vaporized 300,000 years ago....

Cheers!
