ROFLMAO - Just got off the phone (for the 3rd time today) with Web St. Securities. I had them checking into the P's dividend issue (again), specifically when would I be free to sell the P's without losing the dividend (not that I intend to mind you). Are you ready for this - they checked with US Clearing Corp and were told that US Clearing was advised that the dividend was on the COMMONS not the P's. "No friggin' way", I told them and gave them the TA's name and number. Talk about a zoo, none of these outfits knows which end is up. Is it any wonder the prices are all over the place. IMO, MIDL needs to issue another release soonest restating the facts for the benefit of the brokerage houses - and this time use a service which all the houses will see. Neither of mine got the 5/18 release.
