(OTC BB: DIMG) announced today a long-term agreement with The Sports Network, a division of
Computer Information Network (www.sportsnetwork.com), the acknowledged premiere real-time
international sports information wire service provider.

That portion of the agreement which has been made public calls for the development and
implementation of a variety of state-of-the-art Internet services and projects in collaboration with
Dynamic Imaging's A/V Newswire service (www.avnewswire.com).

Included are A/V SportsBytes, a custom selection of condensed multimedia clips of high profile
