What do you guys think? RNTK directors want to give themselves 500,000 more options based on the market price when they are issued in 1998. Sure go ahead, Diesel and Ball need some flavor. However, I am pissed that it seems like they all gave themselves $10,000 raises in 1997 versus 1995 salaries, even though they took a cut in fiscal 1996 (nine months). No raises until you have proven yourselves! Directors of RNTK, we believe in you, but no more raises until we see tangible IMPROVEMENT. The shareholders are being patient, but not patient enough for pay increases! I think they are getting a little ahead of themselves. I think they should take a pay cut, and then give themselves a raise once they are financially stable and proven. I am annoyed, not angry. I've seen other companies do a lot lot worse. I think the shareholders should get a raise for supporting the company all this time, not the directors.
