Tonto- I don't understand what you mean by who are my "directors?"
Who are the directors of FAMH? Based on your position, that is important to know. I agree, with a comfort zone having qualified directors who are independent of the company and who will oversee shareholders interest, one can sit back more. Are you suggesting FAMH has this?
Yes, as shareholders we are owners and weneed to know what's going on. But, it's not our role to micromanage the company. We, as shareholders, elect (or can elect) our directors to oversee the company. We need to have a little more trust and a little less nitpicking. As I've said (MY OPINION ONLY) the stock will go up. All your questions, so-called due-dilligence, and whatever is not going to make a difference, really in the big picture.
So are you saying, we should not do dd, just hype any stock we own since without dd we know very little, and have full trust in penny management, even with their record? |
