And they (GTW) just made their service support more complicated by offering a choice of two internet browsers. I'm sure they (GTW) were trying to be accommodating to the customer and promote competition between Microsoft and Netscape. However, they did this at the expense of their customer support mechanism. It is difficult to get support personnel trained up to the point of being expert on one application. Can you imagine the level of expertise customers will be provided in trouble shooting browser problems when the tech personnel have to be experts on two entirely different browsers? Buckwheat
