hate is a strong word, especially for someone who owns one for home use and uses one at work. I think service for all the PC mfrs is poor unless you are a business customer who makes a large purchase. I think Wait has several things to be proud of. I do not rate the stock a screaming buy here if that's what you mean by "hate." <g>
