06 pm Eastern Time Company Press Release Rhombic Corporation - Financial Update VANCOUVER, B.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 28, 1998--Rhombic Corporation announces that its current 504 financing of $200,000 will be completed within the next ten days. The company also has come to a preliminary agreement to participate in a private placement that could raise as much as two million dollars for the treasury. If successful, the money raised would be due within 30 days after a signed agreement. The objective of the larger financing is to immediately open the N and P type diamond facilities at Columbia, Missouri, where work would begin on integrated diamond circuitry, and final development of the diamond fly wheel battery.
