I have talked to ICC.. and was comfortable with what they
said.. but they couldn't confirm that PKGP has the financing
nor could they confirm any possibility of acquisitions or
mergers..

and our sources have seemed so sure of themselves on this one
that we felt strong enough about it to take it out of TOP DOG.

HOWEVER, I don't feel strong enough about the negative comments
and rumors that I've heard that I've sold... so that should
tell you that I still think there is a chance..

HOLDING for better days and better news.
