As I read it, the above means ZULU can't disclose information about ESVS that ESVS has designated "Confidential Information" and ESVS can't disclose information about ZULU that ZULU has designated the same. Basically it means they agree not to disclose anything confidential they discover during their DD of each other. It doesn't mean ZULU and ESVS can't disclose information about themselves, as is evidenced by the slew of PRs from ESVS. That leaves us still trying to explain why the financials and other information haven't been released.
