Thanks, John, and thanks to all for the info. John, I live in Calif and would rather find this small bit of info without incurring the long distance charge or annoying management with a trivial question when I knew intuitively that I'd probably be able to get my question answered quickly right here in SI.

So if my understanding is correct, outstanding shares are 19.4 million today with potential for future dilution to 22.4 million. Using today's bid pricing of .21 and last pricing of .26 I get :

__SHARES________bid__________last
___19.4_________$4.074________$4.704 (capitalization in millions)
___22.4_________$5.044________$5.824 ( ditto )

So the market values this company roughly between $4 and 6 million today. And the Y2K software which should be out next week is going to deliver about half that in revenues ($3 million I think I read). And this part I'm foggy about, is that per year or per product lifetime ? Or just 1998 revenues ? Anybody ?
