I'll be happy to take back the word "hate". Good to see the discussion get back to the stock. You may be right that it's not a screaming buy at this point, but the market, of course, looks ahead. If enough agree that these are sound marketing tactics, the stock will rise. From what I've seen the analysts like it. I'm more comfortable holding than I would be out of the stock. If I was thinking about buying, I'd buy half of what I intended to commit to. As far as service is concerned, most people are satisfied. The issue may be annoying to those few who have a bad experience, but it's not a threat to GTW. You said it yourself; all the manufacturers have problems. If I recall correctly, GTW has scored pretty high on service in industry surveys.
