Thomas or anyone:

Do you have any idea why the drop to the $15 range? This has to be a golden opportunity if that (1) lawsuit risk was not holding the stock back and if the (2) analysts' EPS projections are to be believed. Has anyone talked to company recently concerning both issues?

I do have a copy of Preferred Capital's report on GSCN dated Feb 5, 1998. Thay have the best write up of the legal liabilities that I have seen, and they downplay them. They list VOXL (which has since settled), ESIO ("financial impact... minimal, as GSCN has not shipped any of these next generation machines" and ROBV ("damages avail to ROBV under New York law appear to be very limited").

What of the next gen machines? Will GSCN ship some or wait for ruling or change design?

If no one knows, I will call, but thought I'd ask here first.

thanks,
grommit
