zebraspot: Fast answer; JMHO: HK/Asia concerns (as you mentioned), market doesn't seem to like companies that spend money (regardless of the merits of the acquisition), possible integration concerns, and CWP to issue additional shares (news today; I don't have it handy). Article in Interactive Week today says, "While MCI's backbone network has a historic pedigree, the wholesale business suffers considerable billing and provision problems." Hmmm...I have to trust that Brown knows what he's doing. Not sure on the "more or less attractive" angle, all of the above considered. Knowing CWP's management, I consider it a positive move. ...Tim
