Again I must ask (if indeed this account is true), "what was the motive?" Could it be that Bernie wanted to use the Long March rockets because a) they're cheaper and b) there is a launch capacity issue that is only getting worse? Or is it because Commerce already controls other similar dual-use transactions? Or do you really think it's so Bernie could make it easier to transfer technical data of a military nature? Which of the above is more likely? Which do you believe? Or did I miss the true motive? Tell us how the article implicates Mr. Schwartz in any negative way...
