Grant, I don't think this an agreement with Intel. The product itself is a daughtercard which has Sigma's DVD/MPEG-2 chip on it which attaches to the motherboard and works together with Intel's new graphics chip (i.e. using some of it's functionality) to do DVD decoding. C-Cube and Zoran have already announced similar products several months ago. This product is another way for Sigma Designs to generate some revenues from DVD market. This kind of solution would be cheaper than entire decoding board and such solution is directed towards new PCs with DVD market. The decision to purchase this kind of product would come from PC makers or even motherboard manufacturers rather than Intel, but they needed to work with Intel to create a compatible solution.
