you mean if i want to send money to my mother or even my company in india, the us govt. will stop me and leave my mother without medical attention or my company without funds to run. I seriously doubt it. If that was true HWP, GM, KO, PEP, F all would have to abandon their assets. Cuba is a communist country and the laws are carry over from McCarthy era.
