Joe, Thanks for sharing this info. It sounds like things are cooking.

I have a hard time with Joe's comment "At this point the other party is not aware of the pending acquisition of LOCUS." They either know or they are not doing their homework (the buyers) Hell if I know they must know! Everyone knows more about DCTC than me! ggg
