All... Just a few questions to help me get things straight... (Note: I am very positive towards EUTO and have a decent [for me] number of shares invested in this co.) Not too long ago people were stressing the importance of Bio to Eutro Ex: "To: +Jeff (5986 ) From: +Alan Markoff Thursday, May 28 1998 12:21PM ET Reply # of 6000 At one point it will break the 3 barrier and hold .04 and beyond. Bio is a big key here and the appointment of Mack Hunter." Now people are rejoicing at this latest PR. How will Eutro benefit from this deal? The PR states that: "Eutro will receive for this transaction 500,000 shares of Cypro common stock valued at $1,000,000." However a few lines later it states: "Eutro has received assurance that Cypro will become a publicly listed company as soon as it is practical to do so." Which would indicate to me that those shares really aren't worth that $1,000,000 yet. So Euto looses Bio-Analytic Laboratories Inc. in exchange for paper. Anyone have any comments on this? I just want to make sure that this thing holds up under closer scrutiny... TIA - JohnnyH
