Depending on the buyer's analysis of long term potential perhaps much much more. At the very least I would say $.60 per share. At the most ( based on existing cash flow ) perhaps $1.50 to $2 per share. But with success in the Mitsubishi litigation ( not that I am counting on it) or with the adaptation of existing patents into new proprietary products ....KM was of course an attempt to do that ...... well that becomes a whole new ball game and the perceived value of the patent portfolio could then explode. To restore the lost luster to the portfolio they have to start finally turning it into more actual cash. If they do , that would become another powerful factor in rapidly expanding AXC's valuation.
