I am speculating in a vacuum, but if the equity asset value is in the $200mm to $300mm range, I would doubt a one-to-one ratio. Most investment bankers would advise the company to achieve a spin-off price in the mid-teens since single digit stocks often suffer from a "penny stock" perception problem. Best regards, Gregg
