This NUTK identity has been going on for some time.
There is only one NUTK OTC BB stock, which belongs to this NuTek, INC.
There are at least 3 other NUTK named entities. They do not trade with NUTK OTC BB stock. One entity is the NUTK with PRCC OTC BB stock.
The confusing part is that PRCC news releases use the NUTK stock symbol. PRCC owns 100% of their NUTK subsidiary. I mentioned this to the past VP of NuTek,Inc., but may not have to the current.
I accidentally started following this stock last fall, thinking it was the PRCC subsidiary. They both had some kind of oil play.
Mike Furr had just taken over (October, 1997) and sent me some information. Once I figured out the confusion, I researched NUTK, OTC BB. I liked Mike and have been in the stock (NuTek,Inc)since then. |
