Mohan: Indian Ambassador Chandra on MSNBC said that what Paks have exploded are devices directly imported and that India knew of these imported weapons; their tests do not increase the danger. I would like to add to his remarks by saying that Pak tests reduced the danger by ~15%. The Paks are nervous and so have declared a state of emergency; telling the rest of the world about an impending (???) attack from India. Rational
