Mike, I'll respond, but I haven't actually heard of the rumour your speaking of. What exactly is it that Williams is supposed to acquire?

If WCOM does lose certain POPs that are covered by the agreement, then I imagine it would be similar to the MCI sale of their Internet Services, that is that all standing agreements would have to be honored, so that no difference is noticed by the customer. I read that as one of the keys in the MCI deal, and I would imagine that it would also be a key to a WCOM divesture.

However, without hearing more details, it is very difficult to say.
