On the one hand, I would imagine such disclaimers are more or less standard for small compaines in MINE's position who can barely afford one geologist. And the CEO is a lawyer. On the other hand it does appear that there will legally be only one fall guy. However, neither MINE nor Guido would want to risk the wrath of the Bolivian government for perpetrating such a scam. This is why independent and reliable confirmation is so important.
