Here is a small one. Don't think it alone made it move but may have been a catalyst.

SCO Builds Solutions With Intel-Based Servers

Major Lumber Retailer Makes SCO OpenServer Purchase

SANTA CRUZ, Calif., May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- SCO (Nasdaq: SCOC - news) today announced that Carter-Jones
Lumber Company of Kent, Ohio has chosen SCO OpenServer as the operating system to meet their computing needs.
Carter, with 256 retail lumber and plumbing outfits throughout the Midwest, is installing in-store processor systems
running on Intel-based servers in all of their stores.

Vertical solution provider Enterprise Computer Systems, Inc. of Greenville, South Carolina is implementing the SCO
solution, replacing Carter's manual system. Enterprise, who specializes in designing software for the building material
distribution and construction markets, is integrating its Progress-based Enterprise 4GL application with SCO
OpenServer. Each retail store has 8-10 CRTs (point of purchase devices) connected to an SCO server. The system
collects point of purchase data, maintains inventory control, order entry and accounting systems and updates
information regularly to Carter headquarters.

''When Carter-Jones decided to move to an electronic based solution, it was easy to sell the reliable and secure
OpenServer system,'' said Jim Sobeck, president of Enterprise. ''The price performance of SCO's operating system
solutions on the Intel platform makes SCO the obvious choice for our customers wanting to improve their business
computing.''
