All, Eutro was allready given a significant cash settlement part of the 2 million dollars ...when the contractual terms of the IPO are completed BIO will then be turned over.... IMNSHO Don't be surprised if EUTRO handels the IPO and gets more money also since EUTRO is naming Board members and their guy is running the new company I'd bet that EUTRO will have a continuing stake in the new company..... I'd say someone wants some of Bios patents.....:)
