Howdy back to you. I like the idea of establishing the S&Z home office in a CAWS market. In fact, you could probably even subscribe to CAWS' analog service today and write it off as a business expense (although you are probably getting many more channels from your local cable provider). As far as incorporating, NH seems to be the popular place to do so (although I really don't know why).
