This release is not a rehash it states clearly that the Great Plains acquisition is final as of today. Since it is final further development of the GP properties can now begin. I believe that the terms of the acquisition were re-structured and were only recently finalized. Therefore a new press release is appropriate and not a rehash. The identities of the new directors are available if you call the company. The company probably will make a formal announcement of the new board members in a later release. BTW the new members aren't from Power Engineering or Titan Energy.
