When looking at short term trends, one can easily overlook the historical facts that the M. Eastern "tribes" once ruled the world and have 7,000 years of trading experience honed to a razor sharp edge. Just try cutting a deal in Ben Yahuda St. in Jerusalem. You might buy it and THINK you got a deal but bottom line....you got taken! But hey...we've got Billy C., the foreign policy wizard!
