Benny: Good intelligence. Thanks.

I see they are promising internet access by July.

They also support Quicken, so CKFR is getting at least some of their business, probably. (Citi customers who bank via Quicken have their bills paid by CKFR, not Citi's in-house system.)

Also of note: BB is claiming their billpay service is free to customers, while other Boston banks charge $3.50 after an initial three-month period of free service. I wonder if Citi gave BB a better deal than CKFR was offering, allowing them to undercut their competition? Any outside income at all would be gravy for Citi, helping cut down their losses on their own inefficient billpay service.

Very interesting development.
