If one runs a correlation analysis of the S&P vs the OSX,
there is little or no correlation between these indices.
So, how you feel about the S&P should have little or no
bearing about how you feel about the OSX.

If we have any statisticians among us, it might be an
interesting exercise to run the correlation coefficient
of the S&P vs OSX over 20, 10, 5, and 1 year time
frames, for instance.

Ron has some graphs on his website.
