Grommit's post said it all

Read between the statements from IR. 21 percent exposure to Asia, and customers have stopped capital spending. If they are saying the analysts EPS are no good, I would take that as a "We aren't going to make it" This IMO is the reason for the recent slide in price, NOT the litigation.

Though I am no longer a holder of GSCN, I am waiting to get back in it. Great company at a bad time.
