Beating your competition is not the problem, par se. Becoming a monoploy is not illegal either. Using unfair means to beat your competition is, so is using your monoply power to control a market and expand into and dominate new markets.

An example is to tie a products sale to the purchase of another. This is exactly what MS does with IE, force box makers to buy IE in order to get windows....

My initial feeling about the actions against MS vs Intel is that Microsoft IS predatory in it's actions while intel is not. I think the case against Intel will go nowhere. Microsoft, that is another story...
